Fresh Beginnings on Strawberry Street in Lancaster

Life Changes Realty Group recently collaborated with Lancaster Housing Opportunity Partnership to bring life to a blighted house on West Strawberry Street. Life Changes Realty Group and LHOP hope that this completed job and partnership might be the fresh beginning to revamping houses in Lancaster neighborhood revitalization.

LHOP seeks to help residents, builders, developers, lenders, real estate agents, and municipal officials turn the dream of a quality home into reality for individuals and families throughout Lancaster County through positive networking and community engagement.

Tracy Seiger Lancaster County Real Estate of Life Changes Realty Group, by virtue of Life Changes Realty Group’s vision of cultivating relationships and community in the home business, marketed the property and contributed her time and expertise to bring the sale to fruition to two newlyweds and move positively forward the great task of Lancaster neighborhood revitalization.

The project was made possible also by IMPACT! Missions, the Lancaster County Community Foundation, and our local Building Industry Association. Most wonderfully, one of the next projects will provide real world experience and education to students from McCaskey. From deconstruction to reconstruction, this soon to be renovated home on the northeast side of the city will be revamped by several trade school students at McCaskey High School!
